What: “Hearts at Rest: A biblical journey out of anxiety and into wholeness” is a 6 session book written by women, for women, to walk with each other through anxiety. Hearts at Rest founders have been facilitating this material since 2018 and are excited to officially release updated material and invite YOU into the opportunity to lead others from fear to freedom and from anxious to able. Part of the day will be spent in worship, testimony, session training and then a commissioning, to send each attendee equipped to make a difference in her own community using Hearts at a Rest.
